The Chief Director of STARS Programme rabbi Shlomo Neeman visited Nizhny Novgorod. He had a meeting with the Chief Rabbi of Nizhny Novgorod Region Shimon Bergman and Rabbi of Dzerzhinsk Pinchas Klimash and youth leader Oleg Sharno. He and Oleg Sharno discussed the best ways to manage the activity of STARS Programme at N.Novgorod for the year to come.
