“STARS” – Students Torah Association for Russian Speakers.
This program was initiated as a means to teach Judaism and to increase Jewish self-identification among Russian Jews between 18-28 years old, who want to learn more about Traditions and History of their People. The program possesses to learn more about Judaism in informal style and receive Rabbi responses on all their Questions.
